Our spacious workshop spans over 1000 square metres, providing ample space for large-scale fabrication projects. Complete with two overhead cranes, the facility is equipped with advanced machinery, tools, and Welding equipment, ensuring efficiency and precision in every stage of the fabrication process.
Our workshop is equipped with dual overhead cranes and boasts a lifting capacity of 10 tonnes, allowing for efficient handling of large-scale projects. We also provide Semi Trailer access through the rear roller door and have a forklift on-site to expedite the loading and unloading of smaller tasks.
For precision cutting, we have access to oxy-fuel and plasma cutting systems capable of achieving impressive cutting depths of up to 300mm. Our capabilities extend beyond cutting and include drilling, tapping, boring, bevelling, rolling, bending, and pressing. We provide NATA certified test certificates for our work and prioritize the use of Australian-sourced steel, including AS/NZS 3678 -250 & 350 grade steels, Bisalloy plates, and various Hard Facing Materials.
We offer a comprehensive range of stainless-steel products, including laser-cut profiles, extrusions, pipes, tubes, and fittings, sourced to meet the specific needs of our customers. This includes materials such as 316 and 304 grades, as well as Duplex and Super Duplex materials.
Our team of fully qualified boilermakers and welders is proficient in working from engineering drawings and technical specifications, adhering to Australian standards and codes. We offer inspection services as needed, along with comprehensive Quality Assurance checks and documentation.
In addition to fabrication, we offer services such as tiling and wear lining, which can significantly enhance wear resistance in specific applications. SCW can coordinate and deliver services such as blasting and ceramic coating for the interiors of pipes and material transfer chutes that may be prone to excessive wear or corrosion.
